The only exclusion being the Free Linkware, which

linkware layouts are for use on personal, not-for-profit websites,
in return for a link back to here, using the special MoonGraphics
button with the layout, or textlink. The link (button) linking
to MoonGraphics should be placed on each and every page that
my graphics are used on - absolutely no exceptions! It also
will bring about very good karma *wink*! Please do not claim
credit for work that is not yours, as it will bring about very
bad karma....

websites freely accessible to everyone on the internet are permitted
to use the linkware layouts. Intranet sites and password protected
sites where the password is not freely available to anyone who requests
it, are NOT permitted to use my layouts.

you are selling anything on your webpage then you are considered a
commercial or business site and must purchase a license to use them.

linkware layouts are not to be used on sites which promote racism,
sexism, abuse of animals or humans, or which contain any illegal or
pornographic content. |

Designers are NOT to use MoonGraphics linkware layouts to design a
site for which they receive payment (whether monetary or in kind). |

redistribute any of these graphics. You may NOT include these graphics
on a compilation CD or in bulk on a free graphics compilation or collection
site on the World Wide Web WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE and my conceptual
agreement. Graphics collection web sites are welcome and encouraged

Linking
directly to my graphics (or someone else's) from your server
is called bandwidth theft. Basically you slow down the site
and use the servertime from the siteowner ... this is very expensive!
